Apply for Regenerative Medicine Minnesota Research Grants

Regenerative Medicine Minnesota, the statewide collaboration led by the University of Minnesota and Mayo Clinic, is accepting proposals for grants relating to regenerative medicine in discovery science, translational research and clinical trials. Applicants must be based in Minnesota.

Before applying for a grant, be sure to read the Frequently Asked Questions and the request for proposal (RFP) for the desired grant. Applicants must fill out the online form and submit a PDF of required materials (as outlined in the RFP) to

Important notes for Mayo Clinic investigators:

  • Mayo investigators should work with the Office of Sponsored Projects Administration (OSPA)to develop a detailed budget prior to submitting a proposal. Contact your sponsored project specialist.
  • Arizona and Florida investigators can be included as co-investigators (as can other non-Minnesota-based investigators). However, no more than 10 percent of the budget can be used for such subawards.
  • The OSPA internal deadline for submitting budget requests is Oct. 26 2018.
